The Katy’s Inn experience starts with an excellent breakfast.

We serve a gourmet 2-course breakfast, family style, at 9am each day. If you need to leave earlier we can prepare a to-go bag with equally delectable fare.

“One should not attend even the end of the world without a good breakfast.” said Robert A. Heinlein. And we couldn’t agree more! We are passionate about breakfast at Katy’s Inn. Breakfast is a way of life in the agricultural communities of Skagit valley. We are inspired by the local farmland, and wonderful fresh produce grown by hardworking farmers passionate about the quality of their crops. Preparing a Farm to Table breakfast is our way of introducing guests to Skagit County.

“All happiness depends on a leisurely breakfast”, said John Gunther. And we say YOUR happiness depends on a leisurely, fresh and tasty breakfast at La Conner’s only historical bed and breakfast in-town – Katy’s Inn! The menus change daily based upon available fresh product but here is a sample:

  • Jonagold Apple (from Pleasant Ridge Farms) and Rhubarb (my garden) Sauce
  • Roasted Red, Yukon Gold, and Blue Potatoes (Hughes Farms) with Peppers and Onions (Hedlin Farms)
  • Sautéed Asparagus (Ralphs)
  • Hemplers Center Cut Bacon (Ferndale)
  • Organic Egg Soufflé
