Katy’s Inn Is A Non Smoking Property
This Historic Home is 138 years old. Please keep this in mind when visiting the Inn. We work hard to preserve and restore the hardwood floors, and the architectural details found inside and out. We hope our guests enjoy the house, while respecting its age.
We do not allow smoking, or any open flames (such as candles) inside the house. We urge guests to be wary of leaving clothing or linens on top of heating units, while at the same time choosing units that minimize risk.
There are smoke detectors in all rooms and CO detectors in rooms having propane heaters. There is a spiral staircase that will allow visitors to exit via the upper balcony in the event stairs are not passable.
